All content, including designs, text, and imagery on this website, is the exclusive property of Brim & Crown. Reproduction or unauthorized use of our designs and materials is strictly prohibited.

Our bespoke service involves a collaborative design process and the crafting of a completely unique piece. Due to the personalized nature of this service, specific conditions apply:

• A non-refundable deposit is required before any design work or material sourcing begins.
• Timelines for bespoke creations vary depending on complexity and material availability. Estimated completion dates will be provided during your initial consultation.
• Alterations requested after the final design has been approved may incur additional costs.
• Because bespoke hats are made specifically to your measurements and specifications, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items purchased directly from our ready-to-wear collection are subject to our standard return policy. We take great pride in the quality of our craft, and we want you to be fully satisfied with your chosen piece.

If you wish to return a standard collection item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. The hat must be returned in unworn, pristine condition with all original packaging and tags intact. The customer is responsible for safe return shipping. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item.

Each piece crafted in our studio is made using premium natural materials. Prolonged exposure to extreme heat, moisture, or direct sunlight may alter the shape or color of your hat. We provide specific care instructions with every purchase, and we are not liable for damages resulting from improper care, handling, or storage.
